PRESALE TERMS OF SALE: HERETIC AD612 AND AD614

1. Who we are
Enton Green is a trading name of Code Acoustics Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14298134). Registered office: 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU. VAT number: GB428452292. Email: ceri@enton-green.com
The Heretic AD612 and AD614 are manufactured and sold by us under licence.
2. These terms
These terms apply to presale orders for the Heretic AD612 and AD614 Kit (Pair), Kit + Cabinet Woodwork (Pair) and Assembled (Pair). Please read them before ordering. By ticking the box at checkout you accept them. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
3. Presale orders
Presale products are made or assembled to order and are not yet in stock. Full payment is taken at checkout.
Our contract with you is formed when we email your order confirmation.
Orders are built and dispatched in the order they are received.
All presale orders will be dispatched by 20 November 2026, and many will be dispatched sooner. Delivery times after dispatch depend on your destination.
If we cannot meet the dispatch date, we will contact you with a new date. You can accept the new date, or cancel and receive a full refund.
4. Price and payment
The presale price you pay is fixed for your order.
Prices are in pounds sterling and include delivery to your address.
UK orders include VAT at 20%. International orders are sold free of UK VAT.
Any currency conversion or card fees charged by your bank are your responsibility.
5. Import duties and taxes
International orders may attract import duties, import VAT or GST, and carrier clearance fees on arrival. The carrier may ask you to pay these before delivery.
We will refund the import charges you pay, up to a maximum of 35% of the price you paid for your order. Any amount above 35% is your responsibility.
To claim, email us a copy of the carrier's invoice or receipt showing the charges paid, within 30 days of delivery. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving it, to your original payment method.
If you refuse to pay import charges and the carrier returns the goods to us, we will treat your order as cancelled. We will refund the price you paid, less the cost of return shipping and any charges we incur.
This covers import charges only. It does not include any sales, use or other taxes you may owe in your own country after delivery.
6. What you receive
Each product includes the items listed on its product page. Kits are supplied as components, and you will need your own tools and materials to build them, as listed on the product page. Kit (Pair) does not include cabinet woodwork. Product images may show a finished speaker. Natural veneers vary in grain and colour. Where more than one speaker terminal option is available, we will confirm your choice with you before dispatch.
7. Cabinet file pack
Kits include a digital cabinet file pack (STEP model, DXF panel files and PDF drawings) and build instructions. These are provided when your order is dispatched. The files are licensed to you for personal use, to build the pair of speakers supplied with your order. You may share them with a cutting service solely to have panels made for that pair. You may not otherwise share, publish or sell the files, or use them for commercial manufacture. The design remains the property of its owners.
8. Your right to cancel (consumers)
You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched, and for 14 days after the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, email ceri@enton-green.com with your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. We will give you the return address when you cancel. If you cancel before dispatch, we will refund you in full within 14 days of your cancellation. If you cancel after delivery, please return the goods within 14 days of telling us. We will refund the price you paid, including the original delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of you providing evidence that you have returned them, if earlier. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods. Kits can be returned by parcel courier. Kit + Cabinet Woodwork and Assembled products are bulky and cannot be returned by normal post, so they need a specialist courier or freight service. Return costs depend on your location, and we will give you a quote for a suitable return service when you cancel. Goods must be returned unused and securely packed, ideally in their original packaging. We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect them, for example panels that have been cut, glued, finished or assembled, or components that have been soldered or fitted. If we have already refunded import charges to you under clause 5, we will deduct that amount from your refund. The right to cancel does not apply if you buy as a business.
9. Delivery, damage and faults
Please check your delivery on arrival. If anything has been damaged in transit, email us photos within 7 days and keep the packaging, so we can claim from the carrier and replace damaged parts quickly. As a consumer, you have legal rights if goods are faulty or not as described. Nothing in these terms affects those rights. We are not responsible for faults caused by building, modifying or misusing the product, including cabinet construction and assembly carried out by you or anyone other than us.
10. Our right to cancel
We do not currently ship to Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Afghanistan, or the Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions of Ukraine. If you place an order for delivery to one of these destinations, we will cancel it and refund you in full within 14 days. We may also cancel an order and refund you in full if: - we cannot lawfully deliver to your destination, including because of sanctions or export restrictions; - our carriers will not deliver to your address; - there is an obvious error in the price or description; - the product ordered is not currently available for sale; or - events outside our control prevent us fulfilling your order.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot legally be limited. We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable. If you buy as a business, our total liability to you is limited to the price paid for your order, and we are not liable for loss of profit or loss of business.
12. Your data
We use your details to process and deliver your order, as described in our privacy policy.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your local courts. If you live outside the UK, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws in your country.
